The StaRN program is designed to support graduate nurses during their transition into the role of a professional nurse. Through classroom learning, mentoring and hands-on experience, nurses work with preceptors in a series of different rotations to gain knowledge and skills. The experience can help determine the path they want to take as a nurse, and open doors to help them get there.
