This Thai Yoga Massage video shows three techniques that focus on addressing shoulder pain and mobility restrictions. All the moves are performed fully clothed with the client seated on a mat. These techniques can be easily adapted for a massage chair.
Techniques shown:
1. Forearm roll on the traps: Tilt head to the side and gently roll your forearm on the most superior portion of the trapezius.
2. Elbow press: Press your elbow into the rhomboids while mobilizing the arm.
3. Scapula lift: Pull the scapula back towards you while pressing along the medial border of the scapula.
