Do you know how to use your electric toothbrush correctly? The key is letting the brush do the work for you (caveat: this is only true IF it is a powerful enough electric brush - if you’re not sure, check my Best Electric Toothbrush video to learn more). 

When in doubt, find the manufacturer’s demo video, as technique varies slightly by brush type. This is an OralB iO9, my personal toothbrush. I prefer OralB to Sonicare myself, but both are good brushes.
