Last week, 21 staff members at NGH gave up their free time for 8 weeks to join with 21 professional dancers from step-by-step dance school to raise money for Northamptonshire Health Charity.

The event was organised by the wonderful Volunteer Services team at University Hospitals of Northamptonshire at the Spinney Theatre at Northampton School For Girls and raised over £13,000 for Northamptonshire Health Charity. This money will go towards improving patient pathways, staff wellbeing and to support initiatives above and beyond that which the NHS funds.

Thank you to everyone involved in strictly NGH. From the staff in the volunteer services team who organised the event, the staff who all gave up their free time to train for the event, for everyone who donated money to Northamptonshire Health Charity and to everyone who came on the night.

A big well done to Mia for winning too! Looking forward to next year already!
