This achievement is done in the first room immediately after reaching the first store, workbench and save terminal. After killing the two Slashers and proceeding forward, you will be attacked by two Exploders and a group of the Pack. Kill all the necromorphs except one Pack. Using one of the stasis canisters found in the room, freeze him right by the grinder. Use your body to simply push him into it.
