We are introducing higher intensity exercises for his hamstrings (it was hamstring graft). Good morning in week 7 after hamstring graft with 40kg pain free is a big step forward.
Note: this probably is not your timeline. Doing this things without good preop will be no-no for you. Specially after hamstring graft. This is just example how your rehab should look like, not step by step protocol.
