In this video I’m going to show you what to look for if you are serving as your own property manager and show you how to find great tenants. Whether you have a property manager or serve as DIY landlord, it is critical to know how to screen tenants for rental property. This process is a simple but effective method of finding tenants for rental property. You won’t need to know how to read a credit report or attend an expensive landlord training either – just practice good common sense.
