We honor the legacy of the late UUCB Minister of Music, Barbara Wagner, in a service featuring Ola Gjeilo's inspiring, "Sunrise Mass." This work was originally planned for a 2010 Buffalo premiere performance by Maestra Wagner, however the performance materials were not ready in time, and the project was left unrealized. No tribute to this local musical treasure would be complete without the singular music of her beloved J.S. Bach, and we're pulling out all the stops with his joyous Second Brandenburg Concerto to complement the Gjeilo, alongside a service of hymns and inspired readings.
