Simple and easy healthy pumpkin recipe also known as 'fricassé de giraumon' in French.
Ingredients needed:
1 kg of pumpkin (deseeded, de-veined and skin peeled off), cut into cubes
2 tbsps of oil
1 onion chopped
1 tbsp of ginger paste
1 tbsp of garlic paste
1 tsp of mustard seeds
3-4 curry leaves or bay leaves
1 tsp of thyme leaves
salt and pepper
