Zul'Drak is a mess. I disconnected dozens of times trying to do basic quests, other quests were very bugged, and the amount of long cooldown quest items and "low drop rate quests" didn't help either. Wrath of the Lich King really did this zone dirty, and the time since to Dragonflight has just made it buggier and worse.
