Peter Beresford from the Centre for Citizen Participation gave a powerful critique of the austerity policies adopted in the UK. This was part of an Austerity conference held in Winchester in September 2016. The event was held jointly by SPECTRUM Centre for Independent Living, Hampshire Independent Equalities Forum, Hampshire User Led Organisations Network, Hampshire Equality Group and Action Hampshire.
