The KwaZulu-Natal finance department says National Treasury has allocated just over a billion rand in flood relief. The transport department will receive more than half of that. It's now seven months since the devastating April floods caused widespread damage to infrastructure in the province. Acting MEC of finance Bongi Sithole-Moloi elaborates.
