Here we go deeper into understanding the Range Of Motion movements that are possible at the Neck or Cervical Spine (C-spine), what the natural measurements are and the planes of movement. Then we go into some yoga postures and neck warm ups using the Language of Anatomy to solidify our understanding of these terms and what the movements feel like.
