Dr. Susan Steck, PhD, MHP, RD is currently a professor of epidemiology and biostatistics at the University of South Carolina's Arnold School of Public Health. Dr. Steck's research focuses on epidemiological, clinical, and lab-based experiments on nutrition's role in cancer prevention.
