This is a recording of a live webinar hosted by Mobile Health and Rural Nurses NZ.
Supervision for rural nurses is an investment which directly contributes to the support and retention of rural nurses. Rural nurses work and live in the same community, so supervision can give the opportunity for them to “step outside the community” for support and coaching. A very interesting discussion about how supervision can support rural nurses, providing tools to support both professional and personal development.
