Its name is Redwood, also known as Sequoia sempervirens. They are native to the northern coastal region of California, United States.
Redwoods are called the tallest trees because they reach over 300 feet (91 meters) or even more. Some of the famous Redwood trees reach heights of up to 379 feet (115 meters). Some of them are so tall that they pierce through the forest canopy, creating a breathtaking sight.
