Engine noise, in the beginning i thought that my double mass fly wheel was dead.
After that i went to the garage, the alternator pulley wasnt good.. check also the after video.

Also the engine was shaking on IDLE !!!!!!! Only because of this..

Here is the video after the fix !!!!
No shaking anymore

Solution for me: Time belt, oil + oil filter + Poly V Belt + Alternator Pulley
