A 7 month old baby , diagnosed c/o Congenital H type TEF at the age of 3 months. When baby presented to us, he was failure to thrive with severe cough and recurrent pneumonitis. We did Feeding jejunostomy and baby gained weight from 3 kgs to 7.5 kgs, cough subsided . We operated himsuccessfully via cervical approach. Baby discharged on POD7.
