It is all about having an open mindset and how I look at problem solving.

Standing around moaning about it, looking for someone or something to blame is pointless and does nothing to remedy the situation.

Clients pick up on this and will ask some contractors back after accidents and will not rehire others. I get asked back. Negative Nelly contractors don't.

Clients can feel and hear their bad mojo. Hell, they are likely half-way to the dark side anyway. Why encourage them with money and confidence?
