Pink Drive - an NGO helping in the fight against breast cancer - says problems at the Dr Harry Surtie Hospital at Upington in the Northern Cape, are setting back the fight against cancer. The hospital is unable to screen patients for cancer. Pink Drive says the biggest win in the fight against cancer is early detection.
