After two years of running the OEM colors (Flat Gunmetal face, Bronze Clear Lips), I decided to refinish the wheels into something completely different. Blain, Righteous Garage, and I have never seen SSR SP1 Professors completely Copper Plated so we hit up Vivek, Baid Polish (Los Angeles) to get them done. Vivek is considered one of the best in the game for Copper Plating so I knew my wheels would be in good hands.

Blain handled the complete disassembly of the 3-piece wheels and Roro Designs blasted them in B17 to strip the original finish. I brought the wheels with me to LA and placed them in the hands of Vivek who turned them around in less than 2 weeks! Back home, I ceramic-coated them in GTechniq and Blain expertly reassembled the 3-piece wheels and mounted a fresh set of Michelin Pilot 4S tires!
