Dick van Hal of Bouwinvest and Bart Verhelst of CBRE highlight that reliance on aggregate figures creates a negative perception which is holding back new investment. Richard Gerritsen of Yardi Europe also sees this with clients active in residential who are looking at other markets but currently not in the Netherlands.
