You'll need: (for a 3 liter can (3/4 gallon))
2kg (4.5 lbs) Medium size organic cucumbers
3-5 tbs Coarse ground rock salt
1-2 Horseradish leaves
6-8 Black currant leaves
Parsley (You can use both roots and leaves)
Dill buds and leaves
6-8 Garlic cloves
1-3 Bay leafs
8-10 Black pepper peppercorns
1-2 Hot peppers (If you wish)
Also you can add some red or white currant berries and/or some horseradish root
