I polished a large kitchen's granite countertop. Used GMR Quality Stone Care polishes and crystallizer with steel wool pads. A little prep work was done on a couple small defects with 400, 800, 1500, and 3000 grit diamond resin pads. The Bauer polisher is brand new and has all the features I was looking for to do stone work.

-variable speed from 600-3500 and knob is under thumb while working so no need to stop or use two hands.

-5/8 - 11 arbor so compatible with all my previous 4" and 5" velcro backing pads.

-comes with two sets of replacement motor brushes.

-GMR polishes were quick and easy to use.
