Province of Negros Oriental Buglasan Festival 2017. Together with my family we visited the Buglasan booth area at the Freedom Park, Dumaguete City and saw beautiful and awesome exhibits. People from all walks of life converge to celebrate "Buglas", the original name of Negros which means cut-off from greater mass of land. Video clip taken last Oct 15, 2017.
