Our #RecognitionReport2022 surveyed thousands of employees across the United States, U.K., and Ireland to understand what recognition means to them, whether they receive it authentically, equitably, frequently enough, and what the effect good recognition has on their sentiment towards work and life.
Many employees are drifting from their organizations. Our findings found that only 1 in 4 employees strongly agree that they feel connected to their #CompanyCulture. Only 1 in 3 strongly agree that they belong at their organization. But it’s possible to reel them back in.
To build the right workforce of the future, leaders must take a human-centered approach to building their #EmployeeExperience and #EmployerBrand. It all begins when employees feel valued and recognized for their contributions.
