Ingredients:
Prawns: - 300gm
(Cleaned and deveined)
Dry Spices: -
- Garam Masala: 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Chili powder: 1 tsp
- Red Chili powder: 1 tsp
- Coriander powder: 1 ½ tsp
- Cumin powder: ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
- Dry Mango powder: ¼ tsp
Other Ingredients: -
- Oil: 4 tbsp
- Onion: 2 medium size (finely sliced)
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 ½ tbsp
- Green Chilies: 4 (coarsely grounded)
- Tomatoes:2 medium size (finely chopped)
- Salt: To taste or 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice: ½
- Spring Onion:2 small bunch (chopped 1 inch size/only greens)
- Coriander: hand full/finely chopped
Description:
1. In a kadhai/vessel heat oil at high flame, add onions and saute till turns golden brown
2. Turn flame to low and add ginger garlic paste, coarsely grounded green chilies and mix well
3. Once oil is oozing out add tomatoes, salt mix and mix well
4. Cover & cook till tomatoes softens (keep checking in-between)
5. Now add Prawns and all dry spices along with lemon juice and fresh coriander, cover and cook till prawns get cooked completely.
6. Lastly add spring onion greens and mix well cook for 3-4 minutes by covering again.
7. Once everything is well combined switch off the flame and serve hot.
