Commerical architecture is hard and stressful. There is no time wasting and there is no money wasting. It up to you as the project architect to know what they're doing and always be on the ball.
As the project architect its your job to know your clients business, yep you read that right, know their business. Know how it operates, how it run, when theyre open, when theyre closed; know ever detail like its your business.
next you need to always add value to their bussines. by knowing their business you can add value easily. the best way to add value is by making them more money in the future. simple right?
next you want to know every detail about budget. you cant be guessing when commerical projects are involved.
just like budget you need to know the timing and process involved in commerical architecture, there is no messing around as the project architect when millions of dollars are on the line.
