Moong Dal - 1cup soaked in water for 30 minutes
Palak - 500 gm(chopped)
Tomato -1 chopped
Onion -1 chopped
Fresh corrionder leafs
Green chili - 2
Ginger- 1 inch grated
Garlic- 8-10 chopped
Hing-2 pinch
Cumin seeds-1tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp
Corrionder powder -1 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2tsp
Salt-According to taste
Ghee-1tbsp
