Ingredient for Kachwania (Kasar)
Chaurath- rice flour -200 Gm
Ghee - 4 Tbls
molasses - 100Gm
Preparation
Rice flour is mixed in water and sugar or molasses is added to it. Now the entire substance is taken and small and large balls are made out of it. The small ones is known as Kachwania and bigger one are known as Kasar
