Dodongkal or Dongkal is a kind of traditional food or traditional Indonesian cake that belongs to the group snacks. Dongkal made from finely ground rice flour. Then the rice flour has been refined palm sugar and steamed loaded. Dongkal usually served on a banana leaf and sprinkled with grated coconut on top. Dongkal included into the Indonesian market street food is scarce. Dongkal usually served alongside a cup of tea as a snack.
