The 12th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Summit formally opens at the Europa Building in Rue de la Loi, Brussels, Belgium on October 18, 2018.

European Council (EC) President Donald Tusk chairs this year’s Summit that bears the theme, ‘Europe and Asia: Global Partners for Global Changes.’
