Unsalted Butter 42 g / 1.5 oz
Granulated Sugar 40 g / 1.4 oz
Instant Yeast 10 g / 0.35 oz
Sea Salt 3 g / 0.1 oz
Anise Seeds 1 tablespoon
Fennel Seeds 1 tablespoon
Orange Blossom Flower 3 tablespoons
1 Egg + 1 Egg yolk.
Egg Wash: 1 Egg + 1 Tablespoon of Whole Milk
