The Prague Chess Festival has the masters section and the futures section. The masters has some of the best players in the world and the futures section has some very talented youngsters across the world born on or after 2011.
The tournament organizers have found a wonderful way to bring them together. They called the futures group players one by one as per their rating and asked them to burst a balloon. Inside the balloon was a picture of a master who would become their team partner.
At the end of the event, the joint score of the master and future player that is the highest in their respective tournaments will get special trophies.
