1. Stretch your body (back, neck, trapezius)
2. Find your diaphragm
3. Activate your diaphragm
4. Control your diaphragm
5. Relax your jaw
6. Stretch your vocal folds (/fancy way to describe the 2 strings in your throat)
Don't forget to shake and relax. Drink water. And breathe in through your nose. That's what it's for!
Diaphragmatic breathing choreography:
- inhale through the nose: stomach comes out
- exhale through the mouth: stomach comes in
