Strawberry stuffed brigadeiro 🍓
Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk, I used @nestleusa
3 tablespoons Strawberry Nesquik
Strawberries 🍓 🍓 🍓
Milk powder
Instructions
Pour one can of condensed milk then add 3 tablespoons Strawberry Nesquik, on a low to medium heat mix until you can see that the mixture is sliding from the bottom of the pan, about 10-14 minutes, the batter should have a fudge consistency.
Pour mixture into a plate and allow it to cool completely.
Butter up your hands so the fudge will not stick to your hands.
Take a small handful of the strawberry brigadeiro mix, wrap around a strawberry and roll in milk powder.
It's so delicious and easy to make.
