I forgot to mention in the video that this past December Cartier made the posts longer on my Love and Trinity hoops and made the posts shorter on my Love studs for FREE!!! Both hoops are several years old and the studs were almost 2 years old. I fully expected to be charged for all three and would have happily paid it. Now THAT is customer service!
