Before you actually follow along, I’d recommend watching the whole video once first so you get a preview of what moves we are doing. Feel free do it 2 - 3 times to not just to familiarise yourself with the moves but also really feel the burn! :) Another good idea would be combining this with my other song workouts for a total body workout.
