LaShana West
LaShana West has over 20 years of dedicated experience in the Human Services and Social Services field. Beginning her career by working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, LaShana developed a deep appreciation for compassion and servant leadership. This foundational work inspired her to earn certifications as a Certified Nurse Aide and Medication Aide, which allowed her to extend her impact by working more closely with at-risk youth.

Throughout her career, LaShana has held a variety of positions that have equipped her with extensive expertise in direct care, program evaluation, program restructuring, staff training and development, and quality management processes. She has also mastered an evidence-based teaching model designed to support families in the community.

Her work in consulting and managing employee relations has underscored the importance of teamwork and community engagement. LaShana's commitment to service and her wealth of experience make her a valuable asset to the organizations and communities she serves.

Sheila Sturgis Craig
Sheila Sturgis Craig is a seasoned professional with a career in social, health, and human services that spans Texas and Louisiana. With a robust consulting background across the United States and Canada, Sheila has made significant contributions to the field, particularly in equity work. Under her leadership, Texas's equity initiatives became a national model, guiding similar efforts across the U.S. She also played a pivotal role in implementing the Texas Model in collaboration with the Ontario Association of Children's Aid Societies.

Sheila holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University of Louisiana. She is the author of "My Heart Speaks" and a contributing writer in "Racial Disproportionality and Disparities in the Child Welfare System." Sheila is widely recognized as an influential leader, motivational speaker, and presenter, engaging with organizations at local, state, national, and international levels.
