2x PR’s on Deadlift 185kg & 190kg, after hitting a Max squat right before, still sitting at 85kg bodyweight. Max effort lower body day. Following a conjugate style approach now, will rotate lifts weekly & do a 4 day upper/lower split. 3 rest/cardio days per week
