The two-part sharing session from various public sector organizations is aligned with the technical assistance on strengthening their Risk Management (RM) based on ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and its integration with ISO 31000 Guidelines on RM. The invited agencies will be sharing the key strategies that they utilize to sustain and continuously improve their organization’s RM, which will greatly provide valuable insights to the participants. Moreover, the customized tools, approaches, and processes that they are implementing and the benefits they have gained, will be presented, for participants to possibly benchmark with.
