Your baby loves you.
Your baby thanks you for all you are doing
This knowledge fills you with a sensation of inner peace & calmness

Your breath is whispering & calm
You can do this. You are strong.
You are an amazing mum & a beautiful and strong person.
Things will get easier with time. Take comfort in this fact
By staying true to yourself, you are caring for your baby in the best possible way
Sleep & rest will come

Your baby is so grateful for your eternal care & support
It’s difficult to see the end of this sleepless cycle
Being so tired makes this harder
But it will get better.

Consider the night a comfort. The night is your friend. You are safe and warm.
Soon a new day begins.
