You only need 8 minutes to tone your arms & shoulders, lift and firm up your breasts, tighten your chest and back and improve your posture. We perform all exercises on the floor with our bodyweight - it's pilates inspired and you don't need any equipment for this. Do this workout at least twice a week and you'll get that toned upper body look soon!
