This episode continues our the survey of the Luftwaffe's heavy fighter forces by focusing on the years following their defeat in the Battle of Britain. This begins by looking at the participation of these units and their Bf-110 aircraft in the hard-fought campaigns in the Balkans and around the Mediterranean and Middle East. Here the remaining Zerstorer units played a critical role in the battles over land and sea against the Yugoslavs and Greeks and their allies from the British Commonwealth and the United States.
