Other than skill tree updates that may happen between seasons there is no way to immediately reset your skill tree. You need to either gather orbs of regret or use the passive skill respec points that are obtained throughout the campaign. Orb of regrets can be purchased from vendors as demonstrated in the video or obtained as rare drops.
