Simple is the name of the game when it comes to certain styles of beer. In this video I brew a simple Vienna Lager using just 2 malts, Vienna Malt and Pale Chocolate. I did end up using Vienna Malt from 2 different maltsters but you could easily just use Vienna Malt from 1 company. This beer came out tasting awesome and I will definitely be brewing it again. Next time I'll probably just use 1 type of Vienna Malt though. I highly recommend brewing this one yourself and please let me know what you think.
Cheers!
Brian
