An 18-year-old woman was with her friends early Tuesday when she was shot and killed in North Baltimore.
The woman, who police have identified as Jesika Tetlow, was inside a home near Turnbridge and York roads when she was shot in the head.
The shooting happened around 1 a.m.
Friends of that young lady didn’t want to be identified but said the moments they witnessed leading up to her death will forever be ingrained in their minds.
