Stop. Right. Now.
And repeat after me…
“Today I am choosing to stop using the excuse that I am too old to achieve the body that I want. Change is possible, and I have influence over how my body feels and what it looks like. I refuse to believe that my health and fitness are limited because of my age. It is within my power to cultivate the body that I know I am capable of. Today I let go of any excuses that have been holding me back, and today I choose to believe that I CAN do it.”
I also want you to ask yourself…
Do you really believe that this is the best that you can do?
Do you really believe that you are not able to become a little better than you are today?
Do you truly believe that you are “stuck” with the body that you have?
I know, without a droplet of doubt, that you have the power to become better than you are today. You have the power to take one step today that will begin to move you towards your ultimate goal.
I know this because I’ve done it, and I’ve helped thousands of women do it as well. Yes, women just like you, I promise. You’d be amazed at the transformations that I’ve witnessed over the past year. If other women can do, so can you. I promise.
It’s time for you to STOP allowing yourself little lies that keep you stuck where you are.
So let’s do this!
