As promised here is the recipe for
Nutella Croissant Butter Pudding
You will need
1 egg- whisk it well
75 ml milk +75 cream + 2 cardamom pods + 1/2 tsp vanilla + 25 gms sugar - heat it on low . Do not bring to a boil
1 croissant + Nutella - cut into small pieces
Butter
2 ramekins
Whisking continuously, pour warm milk into the whisked egg. Strain and let it cool
Pour over stuffed ramekins
Bake at 160 C in a waterbath for 25-30 minutes
Let it cool down completely before eating .
