I'm always up for a good macaroni and cheese recipe...after seeing one that I thought was interesting and jumping through the hoops needed to get it, I found pretty much the same thing available at Low End Mac...what they posted as part of a potential April Fool's day joke is actually a pretty decent recipe.

I actually had plans to do this on my birthday. I did not end up feeling like it that night.

Yes, I didn't include everything that is in the recipe. I'm not crazy about "hot" macaroni and I can't stand cooked cauliflower. It took about an hour to make this.
